Four Legged Company

Here is our company for a while. The mules will be great for our pastures.
 Of course I guess Bear dog thinks they are great big dogs and kept escaping into the pasture to be with them and walk around and under them. I think I have that fixed. Lillie would bark and tell on him.

The layers are growing.

I also dried some lemons and made some rhubarb/strawberry rollups.

Tilling Time

We're trying to get some work done before it rains again. 

He did spray around the house to stop spiders and etc from coming inside but now the chances for rain have gone up for tomorrow and Thursday.  He also tilled three quarters of the garden area and mowed the high grass.

Last week I manged to get several pints of rhubarb/strawberry preserves made. Dave helped fill the jars for canning.

Yesterday I sliced  quite a few oranges up to dry in the dehydrator. I want to buy some lemons and lines to do this with also. You can but these in a blender or food processor to make a powder out of to add to and make desserts and so on.
