Graham Crackers

Graham Crackers

I have used ground hard red and also white wheat and both turn out just fine.

1 cup butter
5 &1/3 cups whole wheat flour or flour of choice 
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon or more if you like more
1 cup water
Cream butter and sugar together, mix in rest of ingredients adding water a little at a time. Roll the dough out on a floured board or counter and roll to about 1/8th in thick. Put on greased cookie sheet and cut in desired squares. Bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Preheat oven.
