Another Working Weekend & Recipes

Our daughter Coral graduated with her Masters on the 29th of June 2012. Wow what an accomplishment.

Finished Trap door and ladder pull down. We need to put a hook up for the pull that hangs down.

 We still have the kitchen to paint, but will take more work with so much to move in that little kitchen lol.

Recipes

Cocoa Hot

½ to ¾ c sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

1 tsp. vanilla

4 cups milk

Combine sugar and cocoa, mix. Put in large saucepan, add ½ cup milk a little at a time, and continue to add milk until all is mixed in.  Cook this over a med. heat, stirring often. Four servings

Eggnog

1 egg beaten well

1 cup milk

1 and ½ tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Dash of salt.

Beat well together chill. 2 servings

Orange Delight

½ cup orange juice concentrate

½ cup plain yogurt

½ c. milk

Whip all these together in a blender or a mixer. Also you can substitute a banana for the yogurt.

Orange Pineapple Punch

1 large bottle of 7-Up

1 large can orange juice concentrate

1 large can pineapple concentrate

1 large bottle of ginger ale
